What does luxury means to you?

For a project with my school at New York, I had to talk to Caleb Charles. Caleb is 24 yours old,he's an Husband, student from Brooklyn College and work as a Client service representer. He has 2 dogs: the girl is Penny 4 years old and the boy is Franklin and he is 3 and half.

What doesLuxury means to you?

luxury is an experience, it’s a product and the quality of the product. It’s the experience you get when you buy the product, the feeling unique because you have the sensation that the items was made for you. This feeling give’s you a sens of proud when you get it. The real luxury is when all the concern is about the product and not about the brand image. It’s also the service, though little things like remembering my name, being polite.

Have you one experience in mind where you felt Unique?

Yes, well one particular experience is when I purchase my car from the dealership. The amount of detail, all the paper where ready on the next day, they even all remembered my names, they put a little present inside. This feeling that you are special.

Do you agree with the idea that not only luxury brand should have a luxury service?

I think all brand can have a luxury service and as a customer you get that sense of how luxurious the items is by the service they provide. People who work in this industry have to be convince that what they are selling is luxury because ifs they don’t well they will not provide a great and unique experience. They are the reflect of the items they are selling to you.
